WE ARE BACK for in-gym private lessons!!!
Come work one on one with a Boca Extreme staff member for 1/2 hour or one hour private lesson! Simply email mayra@bocaextreme.com or abbey@bocaextreme.com to schedule a lesson with any Boca Extreme coach. We can work on any aspects of cheerleading you would like including tumbling, stunting, fitness, or even middle school/high school tryout preparation!
1/2 hour session:
1 student = $30
2 students = $50
1 hour session:
1 student = $60
2 students = $70
Private Lesson Policies:
*You may work on any tumbling skills during private lessons; however, coaches will work on drills, conditioning, and proper progressions to ensure you are safe and learning effectively. For example: do not expect to only work on backhandsprings if you have NEVER tumbled before.
*Please be patient. It takes time to learn and perfect your skills. Do not expect to learn everything in one lesson.
*It's HOT! Please bring water!
*Cash or check is accepted for payment. Payment is made individually to the coach.
*Please give us proper notice if you have to cancel. In some cases, pre-payment will be required.
*Each student MUST have a registration form in order to participate.
